France Intense · From Reims
France Intense meets you at Reims station at 9:20am and spends the day with three family estates, Hautvillers and lunch, nine glasses in all. Pick it for the most grower time of any tour on this site, with the 46-minute TGV doing the travelling instead of a van.

France Intense runs an 8-hour day with an expert guide and a van of eight at most. After 20 minutes of Reims sightseeing from the station, you visit three family estates, each with a guided tour and tasting, nine glasses in all. In between come 30 minutes in Hautvillers, a drive along the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, and lunch with a main course. The description name-drops Moët & Chandon, Perrier-Jouët and Pol Roger as the grand addresses on the Avenue. You pass them; you don't go in, and Pol Roger doesn't take public visits anyway.
The train is your job. The listing says guests not staying in Reims must book and pay for their own transport, and France Intense isn't responsible for delays. One inclusion line mentions train tickets, which contradicts that, so budget for the TGV. From Gare de l'Est the 07:39 TGV reached Reims at 08:25 on our late-October sample, in good time for 9:20; advance fares start at EUR 15 each way. On Sundays from March to June and in September and October the meeting moves to 9:00, and in July and August no Sunday-morning train gets you there. Timetables change mid-December.
Against the 8 tastings day trip, you trade the big house for a third grower, and about five hours of van for an hour and a half of TGV. With an advance-fare return, the total lands a little under the $364 of the Paris trip. Guests staying in Reims meet at 9:30.
Meet at the tourist office on the station forecourt, then 20 minutes of Reims sightseeing.
A 1.5-hour guided tour and tasting.
30 minutes in Dom Pérignon's village, then a drive along Épernay's Avenue de Champagne.
An hour's lunch with a main course.
Two more 1.5-hour visits and tastings, 20 minutes apart by van.
Drop-off at the tourist office, in time for an evening TGV to Paris.

No. The listing says guests not staying in Reims book and pay for their own transport. Our train guide has times and fares.
Three family estates the listing doesn't name. The big names on the Avenue de Champagne are a drive-past, not visits.
On the late-October 2026 timetable, the 07:39 TGV from Gare de l'Est arrives at 08:25. Timetables change in mid-December, so check before you book.
If growers interest you more than famous labels, yes: it has the most producer time of any tour here. Our guide to whether a champagne day trip is worth it sets the costs side by side.
